As most of us experience, interpersonal relationships are both the most satisfying and frustrating element of our lives. Our understanding of ourselves can be even more challenging. Our foundational retreats give you the opportunity to expand your understanding through the Enneagram system of personality. Stemming from the Greek words ennea (nine) and grammos (a written symbol), the nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. For those with little or no experience with the Enneagram
This retreat introduces you to the nine basic personality types inherent in human nature. Knowledge of these types will help you better understand how others think and why they behave as they do, as well as increasing your awareness of your own individual personality.
For those with some or an advanced understanding of the Enneagram
This retreat addresses the way each of the nine types is experienced in and outside of the body. The retreat incorporates gentle Kundalini yoga exercises to strengthen the nervous system and to address body armor and energy management issues of each type.
